Explanation of the trade: Breached section 13 & section 7 of our Worker's ToS
How they scammed: Leaked server information to user(s) that do not work for Expos Services and offered services to customers outside of the Expos Services Discord server.

This is for Sythe staff to see, screenshots will reported in this post to protect the identity of our customer and the identity of the ex-ticket support staff member.

• Foji was referred by an ex-ticket support staff member, who will not be mentioned in the report to the general public.
• Workers that get referred by veteran workers & staff might have an option to work for us without paying a deposit upfront, 10% of their wages to be held until a total of $200.00++ USD is reached. (depending on the services they can provide)
• Foji's total earnings that have not been paid is $134.40 USD, $65.60 USD short of the mininum $200.00 required.
• We hold the right to hold funds from workers equal to their deposit total. Line 7 & Line 13 of the Workers ToS
• Since we removed his worker role, he has left the server and blocked Staff members. I strongly believe he understands the offenses he comitted and the punishment he faces.
• With the mininum amount being $200.00 & he only has $134.40 USD, we are fine to settle with that amount even though the damages he caused could have lost us thousands of dollars in sales. We are also unaware if he messaged other customers & is actively working with them outside of the server.

As per the recent post against us, we are required to make a report in the case of a worker being removed from Expos Services.

 

I appreciate the request, for privacy reasons including information about my server and the identity of 2 users involved, I'd rather not.

 

If hiding the name(s) and filtering certain messages is allowed then sure. I am just not sure which evidence you'd want the public to see.

Please see below screenshots. As mentioned I've removed the ID of the customer from the screenshots that they sent us. AS well as removed service specific information. I believe the unfiltered imagery was reported in the initial post.

Please let me know if you need anymore. But hopefully this is sufficient evidence to show the worker was messaging customers directly offering services at 20% cheaper to avoid paying tax via the server

Got a friend to add him on discord and ask him some questions as if he wanted services.

Unsure if Foji was asking our customers to go to OSRS Masters server given he is an admin in there.

Just really poor practice regardless.

 

Just to note, at no point did Foji ever mention to us that he was worker either privately or for another discord. Let alone an admin in there.

1) I don't have access to the logs which will have him agreeing to the TOS. So @Keith will need to get that.

2) I will ask the customer to do the UID on him.

3) This isn't viable as he's blocked all staff from Expos on Discord and then blocked my friends account that contacted him.

He isn't going to tie a noose around his own neck to get banned... Really interesting to know why neither Masters or Mansab have replied to this thread despite being tagged in it and online during that time.

Ultimately, something suss has happened here, with him being an admin in another discord as per previous messages. You can go into OSRSmasters discord and check for yourself. I'm not able to as they banned me and others.

Unfortunately it's not possible to grab a UID from a ticket transcript

Edit: Proof of him mentioning his Sythe profile in the job application form has also been submitted. 500m was also received as a deposit, discovered that after reviewing the transcript. 500m to be added onto the total amount mentioned above.

 

So can we take that the discord messages I have are provided are correct, and he is admin in the other server.

So likely taking business from Expos to another server?

 

Not yet and unsure if the customer will provide it.

Can @MR_MANSAB not be forced to show his side of the chat to validate the authenticity?
