Since when is it against the rules to be apart of h.rs

I see members of h.rs are getting banned on here for simply being members of h.rs since when has it been against the rules to be apart of that forum?

 

Hacking, interest in hacking, phishing, account recovery, etc. are all bannable offenses, no matter where they are posted. Surely an ex-administrator of such a prestigious forum as Fagex can read the rules?

 

Actually, They self-vouch all the time, which is also a ban here, faking trust is just deception, and we will not allow members of other forums come here to just deceive ours.

 

Since when was this a discussion forum??
