How would you get these names on my account once purchased?

 

If you read the Fine Print it says:

"- The entire account is purchased. Name transferring is your responsibility."

Assuming you use the standard transferring method (also the safest) then this means that you will have to get membership on the account, change its character name, wait 28 days, change its name again, and then the rare name will be available and can be taken on your own account.
