New recovery system

So i've tested out the new recovery system with two accounts i've lost a hold of. I figuired out if you submit your own email at the end of the appeal of the account your trying to recover, and if the appeal accepts, then that automatically removes the account's previous email and sets your email to the account without having to send a confirmation email to the main one to change emails . Hope that makes any sense.
