Need some help mediating a trade, not reporting a scam.

Firstly I want to clear the air by saying that nobody has scammed yet, and thus I have changed the template a little, I hope thats okay. I also request that no DNT's be served at the moment, I do not want anyones rep being tarnished.

Explanation of the trade: complete a HCIM with a quest cape and all req'd stats for 2.7b while gaining combat stats through slayer only.

The problem at hand: The original agreement was to build a hcim quest cape from scratch. No levels were agreed to besides the requirements for the quest cape (which can be seen here, https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Quests/Skill_requirements) plus the combat stats be trained with slayer as hp xp needs to be below slayer xp to achieve the slayer cape. @Fur3oon Services now thinks its okay to gatekeep the account behind the fact that he now wants 90+ combat stats, which was not discussed in any extent before starting this service. He has acknowledged at the beginning and even now that slayer must be done on the account no exceptions. He now wants to charge me above what was agreed in the beginning to train slayer on the account, which is quite expensive I might add and I just think its unfair that I am held responsible for anything regarding our problem. Either that or I train slayer on my own, which I am okay with doing but accidents happen, d/cs happen and I dont want to die on the hcim before the service is complete as that would be an even bigger hassle. He has pretty much only replied that hes not responsible for the slayer at this point and "goodluck and dont let the account die." Even though I honestly believe I owe @Fur3oon Services nothing regarding this, I have tried to come to an agreement with @Fur3oon Services a couple times with him turning down every offer. Now I turn to sythe to help handle this dispute and I will be okay with what ever ruling is given. If any more specifics is needed I will go further into detail but this paragraph pretty much sums up everything, I would really appreciate an unbiased second opinion as we can't seem to come to an agreement. I have also notified the second party so they may also have a chance to defend themselves.

Id rather this not get personal, but I respect you but I don't think you have the same respect for me. You are not taking into account my feelings at all in this matter. I have come up with 3 (I think) separate offers to stop this from happening. Not only that but I have tried to discuss talking to sythe about this to but you completely blew me off. But sythe is here for a reason, to mediate trades that both parties cant agree on. I'm am not attacking you personally, I hope you can eventually see this. Again if sythe decides you are right, I hope we can continue the trade as it was. If sythe decides I am right, I hope you will in turn think about my offers or at least give a counter offer.

 

we respect eachother u can check offers and let me know what we can do u already got ur account and u change pass until mod check who is right for me sythe it the first place for me and everyone use servers but i dont wanna make alot of tarnished.

I say u must be save the account and u want make it on slayer so u can do ur best to keep it hcim and come back when u are 90+ and have some gear to keep it going cu I can t do it with that stats or u can add for ur wallet to boosters make slayer for you and say I'll do it .. so for now before we accept on ticket u take the account back and change the password at the time we just stop work on account . So what we can do for you we will keep going when u are ready to finished the work but if u want stop this up to you. Now the account is about to finish the required full quests, but there is not a lot of account power available to keep it in entering the rest of the quests. I was approaching him to do some work inside the server, but he chose to do it . All I want from him is for us to work on the account to increase the strength to get the reinforcements to make the remaining quests Thanks for the changes and deleting the image.

 

I have a couple of things to add to this.
1. I do not want to level the account my self as I dont want to be responsible for the death. I am pretty sure the account will not get remade if I die.

2. You want to kill sandcrabs to gain the levels after we agreed on you leveling combat through slayer. That is like paying for 40-99 fishing at temporos but you doing 40-99 trout/salmon fishing and expect to get paid for it. Or 50-99 runecrafting at gotr and doing 50-99 at lava runes. The original terms were placed for a reason, but you want to change them to something that is utterly useless because its quicker.
It was not the original deal and you cant change the deal without both parties consents.

 

Brother if u want that account max cape hcim np just pay to do it that's all I can't to it for you on the 2.7b just for stats raq quest cape . But if u want to add no problem to create the order and doing it as well I can repay booster who will work on ur service and we everyone respect each other and make you good price for the full quest and raq skilling for QC

I know he is. But I made him an offer of 85 slayer, fighter torso, dragon defender, fire cape, infernal cape for 540m. I just want him to agree that everything else needed for the account to be completed is on him, I am not doing this again. As well as he is responsible for everything: the hcim quest cape, 85 slayer, fighter torso, dragon defender, fire cape, and infernal cape. If the account dies its all refunded or remade. I also do not want to pay the 540m upfront, it will be paid when some of the items have been achieved.
