HELP ME REMOVE keylogger pLZ HELP IMMIDIATE PLZ

a few week ago i receive a email from jagex giving me infraction about real world trading. i went on that website and log on to my other account. But when i see it again it runescaqe.com not runescape.com i use 3 virus programe avira, malwarebyte, super anti sypware professionnal to scan it. ( but this is the time i didn't know i have key logger)

My internet Expire on 1/5/11 when i get my internet back is 8/5/11. When i log on the account i went on the website it said last logged in 7 days ago from my ip. But when i log on my main it sayd your last logged in 2 days ago from some weird ip which is impossible i havent play RS for 7 days. ( Until this i didn't even suspect a thing) But now today i log back in the keylloger changed my recovery question and he stole all my armour, money in the inventory and try to delete my bank pin. Turned the private off...

I need to remove this key logger in today plz help me.....

do you even know what keylogger you have? isk? enigma? cyber knights? sub7?

Try a real system protection utility like eEye's blink. They'll give you (quite literally) a million dollar guarantee nothing will touch your system.

 

This program here will mash your keys up so even when you are key logged the person will only see jumbled up keys.

Does not work on java things and im quite sure it dont work on MSN. Change your password to your runescape account an only log on via mouse keyboard until you have cleared the keylogger from your computer.

google didn't turn up anything for rsbooster, you can always do a scan here:

see if that identifies anything.

 

ctrl + alt + delete -> task manager -> processes -> find the .exe process that is your keylogger and end it
start -> run -> msconfig -> startup -> untick the .exe so that it doesn't re-open everytime you reboot

Harrrr if only life where that easy, A virus is usually made up of several parts:

Stealth Engine //
This part of the virus makes sure you don't see it and neither does your software. Is also responsible for making sure you can't find it in your process table. Pretty well does exactly that: stealth.

Infirmary //
This part of the virus will make sure you can't kill it, might cause it to keep replicating itself or outputting copies of itself elsewhere.

Most inportantly:

The Payload //
This part of the virus is the warhead of the operation. It is the part carrying the damaging code, in your case a keylogger.

Furthermore, a virus may be initialized as a *.exe file, (not even half of them out there do) but that's really just to have it piped out and chained to another application, or process. Once the executable has been spent the virus is typically no longer dependent on it.

My point is, if you can simply 'delete' a virus, then you really don't have much of a virus in the first place.

 

.....do you know how many .exe file there is?? and some of the key logger is not .exe file. And your method won't work.

 

Most legitimate virus scanners will pick up your 'keylogger'.

Try Googling for Malware Bytes Anti Malware, install it, and run a full system scan.

From the sounds of it, you've fallen victim to a phishing attempt. Try and recover your account, and change the password, but AFTER you run the virus scan.

Why would i want to recover my account he havent changed password only stole my shit in inventory and armour. I changed my pass too. All i want to know is how to remove the key logger.

 

Nope , not if the keylogger was recently FUD'd (turned fully undetectable). AV's rely on others to report infectious programs and will rarely find new viruses unless they have been reported earlyer.
