In Market For Level 1-2 Account Or Pmod?

I am looking to buy an account with 9HP ( level 3) or under 9 HP ( we will discuss )
WILL USE AN OFFICIAL MIDDLE MAN NO MATTER WHAT ( We can discuss who pays fees )

Give up your search for a level 1 or level 2 account. Because as soon as a Player mod, or Jagex mod spots the account ingame it will be locked almost instantly. My friends have went through this, You're forced to raise combat or your account will be locked for sure.

And i got a few player mods, I'll ask around and see if them are willing to part with their account.

Player Mods will be also harder to find; The Pmod must notify Jagex that they are moving and to where. Otherwise they will be locked and flagged under suspicious activities; Keep that in mind aswell.

 

wow i stopped in here just to see if anyone was selling anything i am now disappointed to see that they will be forced to level... that sucks!!!! ..... o btw there was some one selling a 5 hp account but didn't have everything else at lvl 1 there were a few things that were lvled if u want i can find the thread for it

 

Well with the Pmod I can pull that off,
and with the Lower level account I guess I could change the topic title to lower then 9 HP
If its level 3 it won't be changed then?
Higher prayer would do it!

If you raise a different stat, apart from the < 9 HP will they allow that?

 

i would think so because their whole thing is that ur lower then the normal bottom level
