The UID is seen in the first screenshot and then removed right after I paid, seen in the second screenshot.

Explanation of the trade: Agreed to purchase a Ironman account from him for $1,800.00. 60% payment upfront, he would send me the details, I would send the remaining 40%.

How they scammed: Got me to send the 60% and then also the remaining 40% before sending account details, promptly deleted me and never sent details.

I am aware this is my fault for not using a middleman/being more vigilant. I am not looking for repayment, just hoping to have some action taken to prevent other individuals from falling victim to him.
