[Denied] Vouches Rules

Hey there,

So, when I create a vouch thread, I can’t earn vouches if I’m offering staking/gambling services, But to advertise in the commission staking category, the requirements say I need 100+ vouches to be able to vouch there.

I really think this should be changed, and here’s why:

1. In my opinion, payout vouches from staking are much stronger than vouches from trading gold. Most new users start by dealing with trusted gold sellers to earn vouches, it’s basically free vouches anyway and doesn’t really prove trustworthiness because any new seller always pay first with old gold seller.
   
   
2. When I make payouts of 10, 20, or even 100B+ on my Discord, I believe I deserve a vouch for that. I don’t see any reason why this shouldn’t be allowed, to be honest.
   
   
3. If this rule doesn’t change, I’ll never be able to earn 100 vouches. And if I do, it would only be through buying/selling gold, which doesn’t make much sense to me. I believe gambling payouts—where I’m paying random people are 100x stronger than buy/sell Gold with known big gold sellers + i go first anyway so i dont see why this count as vouch but when i pay out 20b to random people dosent count.
   

So yeah, that’s my opinion, Let me know what you all think.

The reason I'm assuming the rule is in place is the ability to exit scam is 100x greater when dealing with bills from gambling degens over small transactions when gold selling.

I think the same goes for advertising Inferno services (or at least it did) as the ability to advertise and scam max gear is far too easy.

I'd argue with a join date of Dec 24, you're one of the main reasons you can't advertise in there until you build up reputation elsewhere.

No support from me.

edit - the section also requires 6 months of good trading practice, as a member of 2 months with 0 vouches I'd argue you're also a way off that too.

How does this add to the possibility of an exit scam?

So, when you get vouches for buying/selling gold, you can’t exit scam, but when you make a legitimate 50B+ payout, you can?

I don’t mind waiting 6 months, but that’s not what we’re voting on.

If you make a 10B payout, why can’t you earn a vouch for it? That’s what I asked.

You said that if you pay out 10B, you can exit scam, but if you buy 10B from a gold seller and earn a vouch, you can’t scam?

You completely replied to a different thing, I guess you just wanted to comment.

Nobody is doing 10b trades on a daily basis to gain the first ever 100 vouches.

Comparing it to gold selling is laughable.

 

What you're explaining is a method that can be easily exploited. It's harder to exploit gold sales, than it would be to exploit gambling payouts. You can continuously do gambling wagers with the same person after a single payout. Would you then count each payout as a vouch? The rule is set the way it is to ensure the validity of a transaction. No support.

 

This is a wild suggestion, you should have been slapped with a trade with caution rank for not being able to read the rules in the first place and having what 20+ people post "oh i gambled my allowance away and he paid me out in RSGP"

stop it those vouches are jokes and there's no way ever they should be acknowledged, keep them in your discord server.

 

Gambling Vouches are not considered since they're too easy to "produce" for what i can tell
Since there's little to no conversation logs to back it up.
Fake vouching would become a mad free for all

 

This is my feeling. If the vouch can be proved by a in-game withdrawal trade or a cryptocurrency screenshot of payout.

 

That's a good way to make sure it can't be abused
I'd consider adding some further requirements to gamble payout Vouches, like "value must have been wagered" otherwise it's just a trust trade essentially
