I bought a account from you in January and everything worked out alright. However I've not been playing for the past 2 months and yesterday when I tried, I found out that my account has been locked. Upon further inspection, I found out the reason is that there has been a chargeback on the account on 14th April this year. I've tried contacting you on your msn but have failed thus far. I have quoted the email Blizzard sent to me. Hopefully this can be resolved asap.

It's simple. He is using stolen bank account or credit/debit cards to purchase those licenses. And after few months he is charbacking. Great.

Next time buy a key, not asking someone to "add" the game into your account.
