New staker projection - help

hello sythe. this will be my first post here. i've been browsing these forums for a while now and play runescape on and off.

around 3 months ago i had been cleaned for 250m and have decided to start fresh because my other account had prayer and summoning.

so i started a few days ago, purely botting only because i dont wish to devote as much of my time as i used to...

now that the life story is done, here is my question

my 2 ideas are

63 combat with
99HP (soul wars)
78 range (pvp ranged weapons)
78 mage
75-80 attk (early staff of light and/or rapier)
39-44 str
1 rest

or

63 combat with
99HP (soul wars)
78 range (pvp ranged weapons)
78 mage
20 attk (corrupt pvp melee weapons)
99 str (would be able to stay at 63 combat melee staking forever.)
1 rest

if anyone has any ideas or criticism, id greatly appreciate that, thanks

 

if your gonna stake get highest def as possible.

 

Stakers are usually high def/Att and mid level str. Staking is all about outlasting your enemy.

(Pking is for faster kills. High str)

 

You need defense for staking, both your proposed ideas aren't that good.

I would recommend:

80 Atk
35 Str
80 Def
1 Rest.

Or

99 Atk/Def/Str 1 Prayer.

 

im currently making a staker 99 80 99. nearly there! am 90 80 90 atm and alreazdy owning boxing! if you want a reasonably low level staker around the 63 mark it seems you do id suggest getting 70 range and 99 hp obviously via soul wars. ive seen this account made before and its unstoppable in rune knife fights!

Just max out without prayer/summoning and you'll be like level 99. You can make so much money that way, boxing/whipping lower levels.

 

thanks so far guys. i really dont know much about defense at all... ive really only done pures in my runescape career. it would be difficult for me to have 45+ defense and feel okay with that.

i forgot to mention that the 63 combats would also each have 99 hp from soul wars like mentioned above so i will edit that in.

thank you all for your inputs. I do understand how important defense is in staking, however, i simply cannot have defense higher than 45 (ive never had an account with over 42). it just isnt my style.
the one key thing i forgot to put in the projections is 99 hp for both 63 combats, which, im hoping will make up for the 1 defense.

nice man!, you must be doing great at the duel arena with that account.
i do want a low level staker and i cant believe i forgot to mention each 63 would have 99 hp from soul wars in my first post. its there now, and that's what i meant. haha.

lol just get all 99s. That way you always have 50/50 shot at winning.

 

99hp/mage/def and go mage boxing! +range and go range staking, why not also 99 str and att?!
haha just max out mate, itll take a while but worth it in the long run

 

^this def is good in staking better then atk and str, I suggest get 99 def and hp, and like 50atk and str? something like that

 

Don't listen to people telling you to get defence, it's not needed at all, I've made 2.5B on my staker with 72 range and 90 hp and 1 def.

 

Well go take a look at staking spots, compare peoples stats and find the best solution to get the best results.

 

make a morrigan staker

82 range 99hp 1 def

then make billions

 

Any given afternoon there are 2 sometimes 3 maxed morrigan stakers here now -.- I'm going lower maxed hp at 60-70range less prods
