Best place to train 1 def pure?

Just wondering whats a good stable place to bot a 1 def pure without dieing and it will be training str and it is p2p?any help is appreciated

i dont care about cash and currently only 40 att with 44 str just wanna get to 50 real quick experiments are good but u have to do quests that give u pray just need something i wont die on while botting but with good xp

or try low lvl monsters in stronghold

I used goblins in lumpy to like 50 str and 40 attack and the rest at al Karid warriors

Is an account with 70 str and 1 atk and 1 def worth anything or nah? sorry and also i would go to sw

 

well iv made quite a few 1 def pures and i just train them a lum goblins until 60 str. no problem with it.

 

Banshees are very good xp/cash.

 

Lumbridge Goblins can be crowded at times. One may also want to try the Lumbridge Catacombs.
