Explanation of the trade + How they scammed:

Hello, I am back to follow up on my previous report regarding funds I sent to Chicks, which were frozen on their Binance account.

To provide context, I sent 100 Solana (worth $26,000 at the time) to Chicks. However, the funds were frozen on their Binance account, preventing them from completing the transaction. After a month of persistent communication with Binance, I was able to convince them to unfreeze Chicks' account and release the 100 Solana, making the funds usable again.


Despite this resolution, instead of returning my funds, Chicks has chosen to ignore me entirely. It appears they have no intention of returning the money now that it has been unfrozen.

Here’s a detailed breakdown of the situation:

• Initial Issue: I sent 100 Solana to Chicks, but the funds were frozen mid-swap on their Binance account. This occurred while they were converting my Solana into ETH/DAI to complete the transaction.
  
  
• Resolution with Binance: After weeks of back-and-forth with Binance, providing extensive proof and documentation, I successfully convinced them to unfreeze Chicks' account. As of two days ago, the 100 Solana (or its equivalent value in DAI/ETH) has been returned to Chicks' wallet. This is evident because their Solana address, which they claimed was frozen, is now active again and conducting swaps for other users.
  If you were wondering why the 100 Solana wasn’t simply sent back to their solana wallet, it’s because the funds were frozen mid-swap while Chicks was converting my Solana into ETH/DAI to complete the transaction.
  
• Current Situation: Despite the funds being unfrozen and returned to Chicks, they have refused to respond to my messages or return the money. To make matters worse, it seems they have instructed Binance to withhold any updates or information from me regarding the case.

In summary:

• Chicks took my 100 Solana (worth $26,000 at the time).
  
  
• The funds were frozen on their Binance account, halting the transaction.
  
  
• After a month of effort, I personally resolved the issue with Binance and had the funds unfrozen.
  
  
• Now, Chicks has access to the 100 Solana (or its equivalent value) but is refusing to return it or even acknowledge my attempts to communicate.

This is all I have asked for them to do. I would have not made a report if they simply have replied to my messages.

Chicks has deleted messages & secretly edited their terms & conditions previously.

If they are sharing Binance logs be sure to confirm with Binance that the messages are not edited via inspect element, they are sneaky.

 

Am still waiting... they are probably carefully editing an entire fake conversation it does not take 3 days to send a few screenshots / video.

@Techie Please I do not know how more clear this is. Why the fuck am I supposed to refund binance when I never wanted to use them in the first place? They literally just used my funds to refund some random person?

You got my funds, then to save your OWN ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKE, you gave my funds away.

How is this not a scam? Somebody explain?



Note: Returning the funds to someone random instead of myself who did nothing wrong is still stupid, but even stupider you have not verified the wallet to even be a real victim. There is no proof anywhere that they have lost money from my customer?

you have sent it to some random address, this wallet was created AFTER my first report and before even swapping with you.

 

can i get update please? I wait week now, I am in disbelief that I have gotten put in this situation and just want this resolved.
