@ZaReporter I don't see the evidence of a bot being used through a third party, in case I am unfamiliar can you please pinpoint exactly where there is a third party client or bot being used to complete an inferno cape?

Hi Bert,

Absolutely, I dont know who this guy is, certainly has not placed an order through my server and clearly has not spent much time in there.
We do offer both handmade and botted capes (Very openly btw) as well as other botted services. I have never hidden this and we always warn customers that if they choose botted services (at a heavilly reduced rate ofcourse) there is always a risk that an account can be banned.

I utilise calculators in my server for both handmade and botted pricing and would never let a customer pay a handmade price for a service that is botted. Anyone who knows me or has completed business with me can vouch for my integrity.

@ZaReporter do you have any evidence of placing an order with @SolMatrix ? If so, please upload screenshots to back up these claims; if these screenshots include chatlogs, please show the chatlogs from beginning to end without any crops or edits.

 

My worker wrote to me that user Solmatrix was saying hand complete on sythe and sold botted on his server and did not say it was done by 3rd party. I did not purchase. Making report because seems suspicious.

Basically what you are saying here is, without researching, or even visiting my server fully (ie with ToS accepted) you have went out of your way to submit a 'scam' report.

Therefore potentially damaging an innocent party's reputation (which i fully believe this is an attempt by a competitor).

I personally deal with 99% of tickets that come through my server and there has never been a single instance of a cape/quiver being botted where the customer has not been aware prior to sale. I am absolutely certain of this, as there has only been 1 completed that was not on one of my personal accounts.

So just to clarify, you have not done business with @SolMatrix and a scam has not taken place? If that is the case this report should belong in Report A Violation

@ZaReporter as there has not been an order placed and there has not been any complaints from other customers this report is invalid.

@SolMatrix specifically offers capes to customers with an option of it being botted or hand done which is transparent and clear to the customer what they are paying for and what they are receiving.

@SolMatrix although I don't see any wrongdoings on your end, I would highly advise updating your terms of service to include that services are hand done unless agreed otherwise with the customer so no future issues arise.
