    Most people on here will be like, "The lowest possible is level 3... N00B!!"

    But im currently buying it for either:- A santa hat, 40M and a level 39 account with 98 Woodcutting and 99 Fletching, Or $50 over paypal.

    Yes, it was from runescape classic if you chose a miner and brought it in to rs2. The have 9hp.

    and thanks, let me know if you ever get it unbanned.

    I'm not sure if there are 2 cb accounts around. 1 cb is proven already. Most known lvl 1 cb would be "life hated". And i'm sorry to tell you but even if u find a 1 cb for sale you would need to add a 0 to your offer.
