Range and mage training on f2p pure?

What are some of the fastest ways to train range and mage right from level 1 on a f2p pure with 1 def? Even better how can I bot this (safe ways).. what will I need in terms of supplies?

 

well for range you need alot of food and some iron arrows.
you can bot lvl 12 minotaurs and the arrows they drop should sustain your range ammo needs.
OR
you can use a sling and bot at something behind a fence, or using a safespot.

for mage you can just bot somewhere like the lesser demon in the wizard tower, careful though might be a bad spot ;x
you can also try to safespot something.. like flesh crawlers in the corner of the room.

Well if money's not an issue then you might as well just do spells till 43 magic, then superheat to w/e level you want with a bot.

sadly though, there's not much in f2p that will make range easier... you could use addy arrows.. but that's just a waste.

Use the dwarf cannon from 1-50-ish...should take about 1.5-2 hrs i think...from then u can just iron knife rock crabs
