Paracetamol Overdose...

Last night I was drinking at a friends house with about 3 others. I probably had the equivalent of about 13 Standard drinks over 5 or so hours - mixing wine, beer, and champagne. Stupidly we all then decided to take some ******** (I had 2) and a bunch of Paracetamol tablets (500mg) and I had about 9-10 of them. Now I don't want any preachy rubbish or people telling me that I should visit the hospital straight away unless they have good solid reasoning, and don't quote some useless internet article as I've already scoured the internet and instead would like the input of people that have done and experienced the same thing and what would they recommend as well as do they think I'm all good with such a minimal amount.

I'm a healthy, almost 19 year old, male - no history of liver damage or health problems. I had mild nausea late last night, and this morning the same with a couple of small vomits - but I'm really not sure if this is because of the drinking as well.
