- On the 12th of February, stakebaked had already nothing to do with primal due to his buyout clause.

- On the 14th 5.3k was taken in crypto and held by Stakebaked while he had nothing to do with primal services anymore due to his buyout clause on the 12th of February.

- On the 14th of February a report was created by Stakebaked on Primal to see what he should do with the funds that he is holding (without a right).

- Stakebaked then started drama in the Primal Discord by attempting to expose the situation, all while trying to poach and attract Primal's customers and employees to join him. This came after he had already gained access to the bots he had requested from Primal, having contributed half of the payment for their creation.

- Stakebaked had no right to intervene and cause such chaos. In response, Primal created an anonymous poll for his staff, where all 15 members voted in Primal's favor, agreeing that Stakebaked's actions were wrong. Despite this, Stakebaked still refused to transfer everything to Primal, even after I made it clear multiple times and stated explicitly to follow the instructions provided in the report.

- The report was created without adequate evidence. Whenever claims were made, they were repeatedly asked to be supported with proof, but nothing was provided to back up the unfounded accusations.

In conclusion, @Stakebaked will be keeping his DNT that he will have to Pardon for due to his role in extortion, blackmail, poaching, and unrightfully holding funds along with a business hostage.
