Jagex has changed it so you can only recover by email when?

The emails i thought was registered on my account comes back with the message "This is not a valid recovery email address" and now i can't recover my account because there is no option to recover without.

When did they change it, anybody know a way round?

 

Are you sure? Just the other day I recovered an account manually.

nah, you can recover both ways. I have had trouble with recovering with email.

Theres no way around it, you can try to contact Jagex though.

 

after entering a wrong email twice you are taken to the actual form, where you can enter your info like before.
