Because that's pretty damn impossible. Look at the experience you would have had to of had for 120 dung.. It's impossible. you get anywhere from like 3-30k xp per floor in the combat stat you're training (xp per floor isn't even half of that), plus the major xp from doing stuff like mining rocks or smithing to get armor.

 

Well firstly i think you would find that im the one with 120 Dungeoneering and i would like a screen shot of your bank with the cape init. Secondly even if you dont key you dont get anywhere near 30k combat xp in a floor, a floor can take 15-40mins to complete depending on how the floor turns out and your team (Your not going to complete it in under 20 minutes if you "Mine rocks for armour" (This shows you have know idea how to get fast expierience for dungeoneering and i think you should research the ammount of xp you actually get for mining Promethium ore, i think you will find its very very very little)), so your basically saying you can get better combat xp training dungeoneering than nearly anywhere else in runescape? Thirdly, i keyed Most of my floors to 120 Dungeoneering therefore i got minimul combat xp in floors, i didnt plan on this i just found that i was a decent keyer (Not great) and found i could get better expierience keying myself rather than waiting around for someone to advertise the floors i needed. Fourthly you can get anywhere from 200k-600k dungeoneering xp/hour at 110+ depending on the floors you do and how good your team is. Fithtly i did not just do dungeoneering from when it was released i got alot of my combat expierience at Frost Dragons, i think this shows how little you know about expierience rates etc etc. And lastly i have 194 Days playing time on my account so yes i play alot and am focused, i know how to play runescape obviously unlike you. And yes im mad.

Jagex doesn't deal with IP bans unless the circumstances are very extreme.

You shouldn't have to worry about that.
