Briefly explain the trade:

Since i'm banned due to infractions, i thought i would help rid Sythe of these idiotic scammers.

I added him knowing he was selling 'fake' mills, i.e he didn't have any and was just trying to scam. Notice i say i'll go first, i agree to his terms and price. I ask for verification he denies it. I then offer a pirce of .8/m for 500m - $400. He agrees and promptly expects me to pay. As shown, i ask for verification again; he denies it and then contradicts himself that he wont sell to me because i am a 'scammer', even though moments before he agreed to.

He also refuses to show gold to Mods / go first to ANYONE.

Its obvious what he is doing.
