datoskaa - scammed me for $70 and a purple partyhat

originally, this was to report a scammer who took my xbox live account, and signed off msn after recieving it, instead of paying the $70 paypal.
the trade was 3 month xbox live code + $70 for my 15th prestige black ops account
the order was, he was to give me the 3 month, and his 13th prestiger as collateral
i give him my 15th prestiger, then he sends the money via paypal, and i give him back his 13th prestiger.
we got up to the point where i gave him my 15th, he took it and ran.. i managed to recover it.. and i still have his 3 month code and 13th prestiger (worlds dumbest scammer?)

this goes back to Monday or Tuesday the 18th or 19th of april, when i lost my purple partyhat to an imposter (failing to ask for a pm, stupid i know)
and this kid just admitted to being the one who scammed me.
i lost 910m, ban him please.. ip ban before i find his ip and kill his family would make my day <3 lol.
