Explanation of the trade:
Agreement between buyer & seller for Buyer to trade 500M at W374 G.E in purchase of the account listed above. The seller received the funds and within a minute he had sent me the account login details ( Please see images for reference ) I immediately ( within 5 seconds ) told him that the account has an email address login which is what I DIDN'T want. I asked nicely if it's possible to get a refund as I am after an account that does NOT have some randoms email address as the login. The seller blatantly ignored my requests and kept trying to make me go with what he was saying. Assuming that I've never bought or sold an account before, I was treated like a fool and made to wait many hours before even gaining contact again. Seller told me he had sold my gold the exact second that I traded it to him and that's why I cant get a refund.
He told me he will " BRB 10 mins " and never was to be seen again.
I took it upon myself that I had bought an account which was falsely advertised / not advertised properly & the seller wants nothing to do with me so I accepted fate. It is what it is.
I went to work during the day/evening and returned just half an hour ago prior to writing this report.
I changed the details on the account which all worked fine until I tried to login, it was banned ( Please see images for reference )
I told the seller and showed him the account is banned.
He was shocked and kept throwing it off saying it's my fault and that I botted the account ( Please be advised that this is all happening at the same moment ) I did not own the account or change the details until 30mins prior. This is physically impossible for me to get the account banned without even had changed the details or even having any playtime on it.

How they scammed: I believe the seller scammed me because he purposely delayed the communication part when I had a serious enquiry.
He told me he buys and sells accounts for years and years and has never been involved in any botting / scripting on any account.
Funny enough, he has 4 accounts the exact same stats to the tee & he is also in many scripting / AHK / Botting servers on Discord. He was ready to hit back saying it's my fault but when I told him about the servers that he's in, he said yeah he may be in 40 different servers but that doesn't mean he bots. This has me totally confused. How can a seller who is constantly falsely advertising & lying, be allowed to continue selling on this platform. I have used Sythe/ many other platforms for many trades over years and years and I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and bad intentions to buyers.

Hi, I think the client has something personal against me, I have the screenshots of the entire conversation and at no time did I ignore his questions, when I said to wait 10 minutes it was because I was on the street and when I arrived I responded (in the screenshots there is proof) to

Now the next day after the client registered the account since it was Unregistered Email as the ad says, he comes to me saying that the account was banned after he made it his property, and yes I am on a bunch of servers that provide Bot service but I create all my accounts manually and in none of those servers am I registered as a client or anything like that

And finally I sold him a @gmail.com account and in my post it says that it is an "Unregistered Email" account and he wanted to decline the purchase after having the information because he wants a Login username and not an original email as login

At no time did I scam this client and I also do not use bots to create my accounts, you can check all the servers where I am to verify it

That's all the chat, and I have more equal accounts, it doesn't mean that I created it with bots, I have sold a lot of Pures/Zerker and even right now I am creating more and I do everything manually that's why I restock every month or more

 

If that account was banned it was not my fault, it had been inactive for more than 10 days and I have 2 more accounts that I am selling (I just sold 1) and they are alive without problem

Please don't mind my language however you can imagine how upset/angry someone would be at this time.
I didn't ask prior because normally people advertise / tell the buyer before buying but I accept that it is what it is.
I have no access to the account anymore it's been recovered ( I assume for the seller to see for himself )

What? Now you accuse me of recovering the account? What is your problem my friend? You registered it and I have a lot of accounts sold without any problem and now you accuse me of recovering an account that you have and it is banned, it is clear that you are making up false accusations because you have no valid reason for this report.

 

1) You never returned after telling me you'll be right back in 10 minutes. The conversation timers are there so stop lying
2) You said the NEXT DAY? I bought the account and within 3 seconds of you sending the information all of this is going on, this guy really out here saying the next day? I haven't even owned the account AS OF NOW for 24 hours, let alone when this report was made.

You did. you scammed me, you lied to me numerous times throughout the whole sale process. You have done nothing but be unhelpful when I very nicely ask for some help and you lied and lied and lied, still continuing to do so.
Even after I accepted my fate and left it at that, you never returned to me after saying brb 10 min, nothing.

I am writing this post well after the purchase and It still hasn't been 24hours since I bought the account AS OF NOW it hasnt been 24 hours.

I have no more access to the account, I woke up today and it's invalid so I'm assuming seller recovered to see for himself and now doesn't want to get exposed that his account he botted doesn't come to the open.

 

Typical response from a very worried seller.
1) No one accused you mate. I'm telling you it was you. Who else can recover a completely fresh account that was purchased not even 24hours ago. YOU!
Why? Because that way I cannot gain access to it and show the entire Sythe platform that the accounts that you're selling have been BOTTED, whether it was you or the person you bought it from it's been botted.

Another lie, the account was logged into 9minutes before I even got to login so wtf are you on about? You're literally the worst person to ever deal with, you comeback with numerous lies every time.

 

1) Friend, look at the captures at 11:26 PM I said give me 10 minutes and at 11:40 PM I wrote to you again, there is the evidence.

2) And you see what you write, are you accusing me of recovering the banned account to see it for myself? Read what youw rite.

3)I will not write anymore, it is clear that you are only looking to distract the corresponding authorities from the evidence that shows the reality.
