Recovering account: Bruw

Proof/story:

Bruw made a thread that was called "Permanently Sharing account" (Here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1105707) I posted on the thread and he later contacted me on skype. He gave me the username and password and every thing was good for about 2 weeks.

While the account was in my possession I decided to buy some starting cash (30m) from n4n0. I dont know if he keeps logs or remembers the account he gave the cash to but this was the one. You can also look at my vouches to prove I bought the gold.

Then a couple days later Bruw messaged me on skype and told me his friend hacked his account and he couldn't get it back. ( I knew I was pretty much sunk here and that he was lieing.

Since then I have pm'd Bruw and he hasn't responded. He hasn't logged on skype since either. I believe this qualifies as scamming since the thread title specified that we would be sharing accounts permanently and he never mentioned that he was going to take his account back. He also took the account right after I transferred some cash over. I think this definitely qualifies as a ban.

Doesn't it still count that I can't log in now? I mean even if that wasn't his skype account he would respond via sythe. Could a mod possibly pm him and see what his response is?
