Account prices on PlayerAuctions

I was looking at the prices for accounts on PlayerAuctions, and noticed that they seemed much higher than on Sythe. Do the accounts actually sell for this much? For example, someone is selling a staker w/ 80 dung for $110 (http://www.playerauctions.com/rs-accounts/). The other melee stats are only around 80, and it has 15 prayer. If so, it seems like this might be a good place to sell botted accounts, after sitting on them for a few weeks to make sure they don't get bans.

they sell, that acc would be sold at about 70-80$ prob if he put lower, they could be sold without problems there also thought usually.

 

the seller gets a small fee for using Player Auctions for selling the account since PA is safer than Sythe due to the secure checkout and other security features.

 

I guess the reason it's so high is because playerauctions also derives a small fee from the transaction.
