Yes, and he doesn't see if anyone is typing around, he only see quickchat and can only write via quickchat. If you ask me, that account is like best botting account ;P And i bet you can take it off easy as account was created kind of long time ago and they would see that its already not underage.EDIT: And its not muted, doesn't have any offences at all if i can remember right.

you can easily remove the quick chat account, there is a form to download you can find on runescape.com just you need to fill it in and scan it back to jagex. i did it for my son.
