What Pure? Hmmm dbow / Obby Mauler?

Obby mauler is not a wise choice if you ask me. It's incredibly hard for me to kill people as an obby mauler, maybe it's just me.

I'd make a ranging pure, ranging is really the future for pking, either hybriding, or pure ranging.

 

I was Thinking Dragon bow spec then obby maul, like 70 str/60 range?

range is a definate as well

 

You would be better off dbow speccing and dbolt hitting... Just my personal experience, I'm tired of melee lately...

 

hmm only problem is im getting up strength now, but like i have always used range, quick and powerful. so i could do spec obby maul dbolt hit

 

I pk with an Obby mauler, but I use range as well. 98 Strength, 66 range, 51 cb. I have NO trouble whatsoever using maul to k0 people, as I can easily hit 400+. Rangers with Cbow + D Bolts (e) can do the same, but if your opponents are smart, they'll be using anti-dragon shield and antifire pot. (I know I do at least ), which will drastically decrease your kill potential.

The way I see it, is that if you can gain the strength levels without combat levelling (Assuming you're a pure ranger), why not do it and have 1 more potential k0 weapon?

The ban rate for SW is extremely low. Set it to attack players setting, and you're golden. I know multiple people who have botted 3+ 99's there. Some even do 24/7.

 

Obby Maulers are seriously incredibly boring! I've never had one, but fighting them in wildy just is boring as fuck, if I was them cuz it's so easy to not die against them. Unless you have 400 hp then your a goner for sure.
Dbow is a lot more fun and a lot more epic if you ask me...currently have 83 range at cb 58 and dbowers are pretty cool

 

Personally if it were an obby mauler vs range pure fight 1 on 1 the obby mauler would win hands down. If the mauler doesn't win then basically the range pure fled . I know it's considered cheap but just bring an antifire with you and you really don't got to worry about much just a d bow spec which usually hits 80-80 lol. And the ocassional 200 with dragon bolts but that's about as high as it's going to hit on you if you antifire potted.

 

Make an obby mauler and use berserker necklace you hit like 45s with 99 strength.
