Dodgy Dealer - Anton XII

This all came about when numerous complaints had been made on his gold selling thread. I posted, and offered to verify his gold for him, to ease the spam.

Basically, he said to me, "He's at the internet cafe, will verify when he gets home" - Nothing sinister about that, but below there is.

All-round, I see him as a dodgy character, who is probably looking to buy RSGP, sell it now, and in 30-45 days, chargeback his paypal payments resulting in members getting scammed, and him earning money.
Not sure if the above is ban-worthy. But I tried.
