This is no paypal hacker from what it looks like to me is a sad attempt at a scammer. The first day when I was talking to her she all of a sudden didnt wanna send the money when I req. Gift payment & Note attached saying "I Have recieved my virtual goods". Later the next night, she msg's me on MSN asking if I still wanted to sell the 50m we had talked about. I said same thing as before and she said ok this time, payment was made through here mobile but no note attached to her payment. So I then refunded it and said no deal otherwise. She resent and attached the note. Ive responded to paypal with proof to back it up.

You won't win the dispute, I assume he filed unauthorized in which case he will win every single dispute he filed because he likely manipulated his IP and used stolen paypal accounts to pay.

Moral of the story: Only sell over PayPal to trusted members. If something seems to good to be true, it is.

The 1st payment I denied and refunded because failed to cooperate with my terms, having a msg saying "Ive Recieved my Virtual Goods". SOB filed dispute. Anyone have address for this kid? Can't find his shipping information on paypal. Planning on sending tracked mail to him to prove to them incompetent bastards down at paypal.
