Credit card "not verified"??? need help!

ok so i forgot my pw to one paypal acc so i made another.. iv got over a $100 on the new one... i recovered my pass to the other paypal... so i took the credit card off of that account ant put it on the second one...

i cant send money because it says its not verfied? i never had trouble sending money b4, any help would be nice thanks

Also, a US account without CC has sending limit of 0 so you must get another CC or change back, send and change back to the new one again

 

Each CC/Debit card can only be associated with ONE paypal account.

And why would you need another paypal account?
You said you lost the password to it, then you said you recovered it.

Just keep using that one.
You can change your email address (To log in and to have people send money to)
Under your account settings.

Another alternative is to use a paypal address from the countries "New Zealand, Or Canada", as I believe they have a $3000 spending limit while unverified. Be careful though, if they get limited, it's hard to un-limit them without correct info.

 

I don't suggest getting a Canadian or New Zealand's account, they get limited to fast and you cannot unlimit them.

I would not suggest telling PayPal you live in another country. You will get limited exceptionally quickly.

Personally without knowledge of how PayPal works, I think they'd limit anyone who claims to live in New Zealand, when their IP traces too America, a threat.

But as Cracker said, only 1 CC per 1 PP account.
