My main got banned for Botting. Been a year and almost 4 months now, I've emailed them and they said they can't do anything about it -.- I even posted numerous times on the thread in the forums where you can Reinstate banned accounts and the negative balance hasn't still been applied

Well as far as what I've read about your account, if it is indeed blacklisted I see no viable option to get it unbanned other than emailing Jagex or posting on forums. I think people can be of more use to you if you tell them the reason you were banned.

 

The alternative way to get your accounts unbanned does not exist, unless you find it.
So yeah, if you've tried everything stated here, I would give up.
Altho I would think a perm ban for offensive language would be one of the more easy to recover perm bans,
since you say the mod that did it to you retired.
I don't see why you wouldn't tell what you did, but you made me curious by re-stating you won't tell.
Oh well, I'm going to assume you called him, said his mom was a whore and set his house on fire.
