I'm not sure what kind of account you were going to spend $140 on but my account has a $100 autowin price set, that leaves you with enough money to spend on RSGP to get you started and also enough money to use an OMM (if you'd like).

Technically it's $130 cos it comes with enough tokkul for an onyx and he has some random stuff lying about, but it has sweet stats etc and the guy has good vouches
