RSU Overhaul: Need good workers

I really need workers that are fit for the job. If you meet the absolute requirements below, post here. We're closing down and returning on May 14, 2011, so be ready for that date if you apply.

Requirements:
- Be able to work about 8 hours per day
- Know how to speak English properly, fast typer
- Have basic computer knowledge
- Know basic security checking steps, have common sense
- Show up 6-7 days per week, can't be late
- Must sign a legal contract and abide by it
- Must be a fairly trusted Sythe user
- Must be a good salesmen, bring in customers
- Must be very responsible, if you get hacked, etc, it's your fault
- Must have a decent computer and internet connection
- Must be willing to pay penalties for wrong doings
- You must pretty much have no life and be on the computer most of the day

This isn't a substitute for a full-time job at the grocery store. Everything is nearly commission based, and this job is people who want something to do with their free time on the computer as they do other things.

Basic Wage:
- About 20% of net revenue will go to workers
- Might somehow work in an hourly wage

The wage ranges anywhere from a dollar a week to $1000+ depending on how much you sell. If you can sell a billion gold a day, you will lean somewhere toward the $1000.

What's the Job?
- You'll serve customers on live chat
- You'll deliver gold via several different payment methods
- You'll answer customers on basic concerns
- You'll be using Skype and MSN to communicate

Well, I am fantastic in the sales department. Sales is in my blood. My dad and all of my uncle's are entrepreneurs/car salesman for high volume dealerships in the southern California area, so I know how to sell to the customer. I am also willing to provide the customer with the best experience possible when buying their gold. I keep up to date with all current gold prices. I can work at almost any time you need me and I am located in the Central Us. I speak fluent English as well as Arabic if that's needed haha. I may not have shown it yet, but I am ready to prove my trustworthiness and I'm willing to sign a law binding contract. Feel free to get to know me by any means necessary. Pm me if I get a position . I had actually recently talked to RSU Mike? I asked if there was anything like this available and he asked what time-zone I was in, I'm in GMT and he said you could possibly need someone in my time-zone. Plus you make less than minimum wage lol. I don't see why you guys don't realize that he is making a lot of money for your underpaid work. Sorry Grave but we both know your taking advantage of people.

 

I'd just like to say that I am STILL willing to take the position, I don't understand why you have PM'd me several times but then never updated me further.

 

If you are making less than minimum wage then you aren't going to have much work to do either. I have a seven hour shift but the time I actually spend working is like 2 hours. When I work more than that I end up making more money so its not really that bad. As well, if we can get back to having an active staff I wouldn't be surprised if we start making more; when we had the sale I made like $200 in three days.

Btw, here is a picture of the RSUltimate Headquarters/workplace for anyone that's wondering:

 

No one should expect minimum wage for a job that doesn't require full attention at all times. You're allowed to multi-task and do whatever you would do on the computer at the time time, so you're essentially making money on the side while doing your usual tasks.

Added you on Skype, and with RSU shutting down for a while I didn't find it necessary to contact you just yet.

I don't plan on hiring students. I myself am a student, which is why I need others to take care of everything for me.
