"skurr" scammed me

Briefly explain the trade: I saw this thread of his: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1109999
and posted in the thread saying I wanted to trade him 114m for .75/m (http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=8673195&postcount=17). He added me on msn and we decided to make the trade
How they scammed: I offered to go first because I am a new member and I traded him 114m. I gave him my paypal info and he said he would send the payment, but he never did. Then he logged off and I never received the payment, even though he claims in the thread he sent it. (All of this can be seen in the buying thread)
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: As you can see in this screenshot http://img5.imageshack.us/f/screenshot11lk.png/ his MSN matches the MSN in his thread.

This is my first trade ever and i didn't expect this would happen because he had a lot of vouches in his thread. I worked really hard for the gps and the whole thing makes me really sad. If there is any other info that mods need please let me know, I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this person.
