Oh man.. my day.

So.. I work 5am (start) every day, and off when I'm off.

I woke up at 4:47am, jumped in shower.
Walked to work real quick (I live like 30 feet from my work, lol)
Went to bed at like 1am, gave away my little cat, me and Angela are wrecked because of it, barely slept.

Anyway,
Got to work at 5:05, 5minutes late whatever.
First problem:
The soda machine broke. A waitress went to get some sprite, and it wouldn't stop coming out of the machine.
I turned off the power. Kept coming out.
I unplugged it. Kept coming out.
I even opened it up and tried to turn off the water, it wasn't working.
Finally 3 hours later a guy comes and fixes it, took 30minutes.

Second problem:
The dishmachine broke. Some idiot dishwasher decided to wash a plastic bottle, it got sprayed out of the cart and into the pump. Fucked it up, took the guy 1 hour to get all the plastic out.

Third problem:
The power went out. I work in a hotel, and ALL the hotel's power went out.
The gas got reset/shut off.
The computer systems were all down (Including the computer to ring in orders)

Forth problem:
My co-worker was late(to take over)
She was working slow as fuck
A huge Sysco (product/produce) order came, and I had to put it away since co-worker didn't know how.


Oh man... today has just sucked like fuck. And yesterday was kinda the same...

WTF:'(

 

Ouch, that's a shitty day man. I'm assuming you're done your shift now, so it's the weekend at least. That should make you feel better.

 

remind me never to stay at your hotel..

Sucks man, we have all had bad days though.

I got a raise, a 16 cent raise (not worth my time)
I didn't even notice the different pay on my check lol.

 

Well look on the bright side,

The soda machine probably won't break for awhile now

The chance of the power going out again is extremely low

And some idiot (hopefully) has learned not to put water bottles in dish washers.
