I would agree with no rage quitting. The 99 is really the only skill worth mentioning.

id say like 10 or 15 bucks because you can get a service to get your 99 theveing and make like 30m from it for like 20 bucks on here

 

Id hav eto agree with troyd and say its probably worth around 20$, considering the fact that 99 theiving is pretty easy to get for cheap. Also i see it can be turned into a pure but not many options considering 43 prayer/40 atk
