"risewiththefallen" attempting to scam for the second time - PROOF!

Here is the new thread risewiththefallen has made attempting to scam again (I bought this account off him in january for $65, it's in my vouches.)

They are both the exact same layout, with details on the account centered in the thread etc, and the stats are the exact same. "Codys_gp" sold this account to me in january as I said for $65, and i've been trying to recover it for months and here it is on sythe now, being resold by the same person who was permanently banned on his old account.

He got a new IP, made a new account, and is attempting to scam by selling an account he already sold to me. Please do not let this happen and ban him again.
