I’m really confused and frustrated right now. I’ve been selling on Eldorado for about three weeks, always following the rules and making sure my buyers are happy. I have 100% positive reviews, never had a single dispute, argument, or issue with anyone. Out of nowhere, I received a message that my account was permanently suspended. No warning, no explanation, no proof of any wrongdoing—just an instant ban.

I immediately appealed, but it was instantly denied without any reason given. I genuinely have no idea what I could have done wrong. I’ve never scammed anyone or broken any rules. I was just trying to be a reliable and honest seller, and this feels completely unfair.

I don’t know what I did wrong, and that’s the most frustrating part. I genuinely enjoy selling and helping buyers, and I’ve put in a lot of effort to be a trustworthy seller.
