    True but Jagex cant prove that that is the account. Anyone Can Put up a random guy on the highscores and say its them, so he still has his Identity sealed.

    Dude I'm not trying to scam anyone I was planning on going first btw. I just need a new acc because I tried to swap mine with someone and I got scammed :(
