    I'm gonna have to say 99 range, because it won't effect your CMB level (aside from HP lvls) and would be nice for pking or pvming :)

    99 Range and then maybe defense to make a little range tanker even though your combined attack and strength is to high for a tank.

    I think you should get your Slayer up, but if you are talking about an actual combat stat, like others have said, get Ranged up.
