Would you be willing to buy 400m through PA? And although my paypal is verified I have a question.. Why do you care if the seller has a verified paypal? It should make no difference only when you are sending money and in your case you are sending the money.

 

I would rather it not be done with a third party site.

I care because it makes it much easier and safer, Plus means there is no limit, When not having a unverified account It means their is a limited amount you can send and also receive.
