RESPONSE to the scam report against me.

I was told by kerokerocola that I can make a response to a report filed against me.

Jamesthebang accused me of "scamming". But I believe otherwise.

In short, James is selling a glitch which quote on quote.

I contacted James, and we worked out a deal that I would pay 7.5M after he taught me the glitch and 7.5M afterwards making sure that Jagex would not patch it the next day.

He took me to Ardougne Lever and lent me the SOL. I was able to get into the wilderness with it, but due to my runescape accounts level I could not wield it. This is where he takes out a large chunk of the conversation shown on his report. He skipped right to stating.

Yes. I did refuse trying the Dragon claws. ONLY because I had previously given him an ancient staff, which is LOANABLE. And we tried the glitch only leading to a FAILURE in EQUIPPING it. This is what he left out on his report against me. If the Ancient staff failed, why would I bother trying Dragon claws, after wasting over an hour.

Below I have included the segment of conversation that he left out on the report, aswell as an INGAME picture of me not being able to wield the Ancient staff ( LOANED) in the wilderness.

I believe his thread selling the glitch stated that I would be able to Use borrowed items in the wilderness
My proof shown here - which was left out on his report - will prove me innocent.

He doesn't want me to take a screenshot, and starts going on about how he felt jipped. I wouldn't have made a big fuss if I was able to wield the ancient staff, as his thread displays "glitch to use loaned items in the wilderness"

I would like this to be reviewed by Mod Blupig once more carefully please.

My final statement is that he was offering a glitch that allow me to USE BORROWED items in the wilderness. I believe I have proved this faulty.

Considering the entire premise of the glitch didn't work, I'd say you're obligated to actually receive a refund of your initial 50%. It looks to me like the entire glitch doesn't work because you need to use borrowed items.

I had not paid James yet, so there is no need for any RSGP transfer/refund/payment.

I just wanted this case to show that I didn't commit any scam.

Did he make it clear that you weren't able to equip the items?
