Runescape Bug Abuse - My story

I love reading threads by crab, i don't hesitate to read the entire thing

 

Got scammed for 1.5b by someone impersonating you in game with the username "hej". Should have made sure I got a demo of the glitch.


Anyways, amazing thread I've read it thoroughly at least 3 times and its absolutely brilliant.

 

None of us would ever sell a bug for 1.5b.. especially when the bug alone would bring in far more than that..

 

Yeah, the reason it sounded logical was because he said he himself (hej) was selling it for 1.5b + 25% of all profits earned through the method and he said that he was doing it with 7 people+ so he'd maximize profits this way.

It was a foolish mistake on my behalf, I thought he was legitimate due to his name, because of his explanations, and due to him showing me many smuggled items, glitches, and 10b+ wealth.

Also, you're on sythe my friend. No one here is afraid of bug abuse; we're just too lazy to find them. Yes, if I had the time, I would probably look for bugs as well.

That said, pretty interesting stuff, but there are probably better, less time consuming, ways to make cash (the bank pics you posted were sub-par). Admittedly, I don't have 1 bill, but if you are putting in the time to abuse bugs, at least show me something with a decent return. Anything under like 10b is junk for bug abuse.


Also don't mean to be a dick, I'm just pissed that I'm on sythe and I have a b law paper due tomorrow but I can't do it because its boring me.

Also, why am I still on this thread? I need to work...

 

This thread was a very interesting and worth-while read. However, I didn't get to enjoy the entire experience, seeing as 4/5 of the videos you posted were taken down due to Jagex copy-right claims. Is there any chance you could re-upload them?

Also, you said you worked with Jagex only to get your own accounts unbanned- how did you strike this deal with them?


I am also interested in how you were able to breach the PMod forums so long ago.

coming from an old skool rsc guy who used wpepro and artmoney in the old days i gota say nice glitches
