Haha yea that was pretty interesting, I seriously doubt there is any kind if market for this stuff though. Where would they get their hands on some of this stuff legally?

Some people get a little weird when it comes to food. Can't they just eat "normal" meat rather than "exotic" meat?

 

I've had alpaca, llama, buffalo, elk, goat, alligator, and moose in the form of hamburgers. Turning meat like that into hamburger is a waste because they all are really good, just pretty tough usually unless they are kept in feedlots. You can't really tell the difference usually because its in a burger

I think my favorite is buffalo. I would like to try lion, but that price tag is fuckin ridiculous and chances are that it isn't really lion.

 

Alligator actually tastes delicious. I wouldn't mind trying it in hamburger form, along with venison burgers, because venison tastes like heaven.
