Plznate Scammed me for a cracker.

Alright, so plznate scammed my christmas cracker on the 15th of January 2011.
The reason i am coming out with it now and not then was because he convinced me that he got the ok from mods that he could scam it.
I'l come clean and say i got this cracker from Viou. From when i stole it from viou, plznate smooth talked me for a week asking me to sell it to him and how he hates Viou. Of course i believed him, and gave it him. He was then supposto send me $900 as that was part of the deal, but he did not. (Can show proof of my paypal never recieving $900.)
He told me that he made a thread asking for the ok from sythe mods if he could steal it back and give it back to Viou, and the mods said yes.
Up untill today i figured out that what he did was counter-scamming which is agaisnt sythe rules. I then also find out some crucial information that viou told me thinking i am somone else. It all started with me getting scammed 5b yesterday off a good friend i've known for over a year now. My so called friend was trying to sell the 5B to Viou, i asked Viou if he could scam the 5b as he was aware that my friend did indeed scam me that 5b. He declined saying it's counter-scamming and he was in the same situation in january where some one (Me) stole a cracker off him. And how plznate made a thread asking for the ok off mods asking to scam the cracker back and return it to its original owner (Viou). Viou told me the Mods declined as it is counter-scamming which is not tollerated on sythe. I then quickly realised plznate lied to me for the past 3 months which then brought me here. Making the scam report on him for stealing my cracker.

As mentioned, i do know chat logs are not valid as sufficient proof. But i am willing to show any Mod on teamviewer, OR i can upload a vid.
If this is enough proof i'd either want the cracker back or for plznate to get banned.

 

Any staff please feel free to look through the lower lounge in SL to find the specific topic I made about this instance, in which I gained support from other staff in order to allow me to recover Viou's stolen cracker from him in exactly this method.

This member is a person named Danny, responsible for a string of ban evasion accounts. He is the mass scammer who would get banned for selling ranks in his scam merch clans before I was able to implement a no ranks selling policy. He has scammed hundreds, and openly admits that after Viou was gracious enough to offer him employment, Danny then proceeded to steal his cracker as well as drop over a billion GP on Viou's accounts for no other reason then spite.

Additionally, after retrieving Viou's stolen property, I returned it to Viou at no personal gain to myself whatsoever. Again, all this has been chronicled and approved in the SL thread that I created about it, which should still be there.

tl;dr, Yes, I am absolutely responsible for retrieving $900 worth of stolen goods from a thief and returning them to their owner, at no personal profit to myself, and with staff approval. Thread in SL, Viou, and mods such as Giddy/Nick/Kero can all confirm this.

Would request that thread OP be banned, thanks.

 

I found the thread in lower lounge, but it was all before my time. There are only a few mods left who were around when this decision was made.

http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=986824 is the thread. Considering Jimmy J admitted to this scam, and there is documented evidence of it in Nate's thread, I've pulled the trigger on Jimmy. Besides, he's got that infamous Woodstock, Illinois proxy router on his account.

Get rid of this Idiot, Theres also several reports of him scamming.
