Scam Report on Kiabin (ex-mod) (Banned User, Don't know where to post)

Ok so, I am a banned user (Unionlozer). Before I was banned, I purchased a level 125+9 from the Ex-Mod Kiabin.

The account was then stolen by some dung trainer, and I tried to recover it; however, the recovery questions he gave me did not work. I then asked him to recover it for me, and he said he would have to ask his friend to help him because he bought it from him about two years back. So I waited and waited for about a week and he still didn't get back to me.

I was then banned (for evading), which significantly increased the difficulty of getting him banned, since all my proof was in my PM box. This also made it very easy for him to just not give me back my account (with 70M on it BTW), and he never really get caught. I tried very hard to contact a Admin who could access my PM's, and when I finally did (SMR) he disappeared and we didn't really get anywhere.

Now, it turns out Kiabin has admitted he stole the account from me. You see, he recently sold the account again, and in the thread he said this:

You see, "I got this back because he was stupid enough to not set recoveries." Ok, so he admitted right there he hacked the account back. Which, I'm assuming, under Sythe rules is in no way permissable, especially after it was sold. Second, his justification for stealing the account back was because I apparently put a phisher in one of the links I sent him. I would really like to see him provide proof for this, as he will not be able to provide any (because it didn't happen). Even if I did hack his account, I don't think that gives him the right to steal his account back.

When he sold it to me the display name was "Vilklainn" (username: Vilklain). After he recovered it he then changed it to "Argus Filch". You can see in the picture the stats are very similar to this account (a picture directly from his latest selling thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1104289).

All he has done is dug himself a deeper hole by selling it again. Not only does he owe me 130M (or the account, which I no longer want, seeing as he is a scammer and has the recover information), and he should owe me 200M because he also stole the 70M on the account, but he also owes mw2krazy (the newest buyer) 65M because he bought an account which does not belong to Kiabin.
