I'm sorry, I'm afraid that's incorrect. Presently, I am accessing Sythe.org from a proxy, which the Dispute Forums say is allowed if you are IPbanned and you need to file a dispute. So is it this IP (the proxy) that has many banned accounts on it, or the IP that I regularly access Sythe from (that IP address is 99.104.149.169).
It can't be my IP that has many banned accounts on it, because (1) Karl unbanned me the last time I was mistakenly banned by saying that "The only Ips that match to other users seems to be a proxy" (found here http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1035783), and (2) I have never had a Sythe account but this one.
