    Need Help Salvaging Old Computer

Okay my friend has a computer and doesn't want to buy a new one because for college next year he has buy their laptop and really has no use to get something new.

So right now I'm trying to salvage his old computer, he just needs it to run a little smoother and make it so his crappy java games don't lag.

Now if this computer was newer maybe I'd understand how to salvage it myself, but I'm afraid I wasn't into hardware as much back in this computers day, so I'm not too sure of what components I need to get.

It's as simple as, where and what RAM should I get and a Video Card, maybe a processor?

    This is the MOBO: http://www.fryssupport.net/p4vxasd2.cfm

If there is anything I need to know when setting it up or anything please tell me.

THANK YOU! Feel free to ask any questions :D

Unfortunately no pics, and spending budget maybe 50 - 100 bulks..

I just need to know what kind of RAM is compatible with that motherboard and where to purchase it and what video card would be compatible with it and where to purchase it.

I'm assuming the RAM has to be PC133/PC100 or DDR266/DDR200, and the video card has to be PCIE. That it?
