Considering the price of nature runes and the exp required between 52 - 94, high alching would cost roughly 24M in raw materials alone.

 

If I were to supply everything though, how much would it cost to be botted.

 

The cost is directly proportional to the time required. This task will take approximately 84 hours botted, and so I will charge 16.8M rsgp. After all, the average cost of leveling (from reputable persons) for 1 - 99 magic on sythe is roughly 30 - 40 M rsgp and 52 - 94 is a bit over halfway in terms of exp.
If safely done, the task will take roughly 5 days to complete (16 hours per day).

At Raziaex, 52 is not over half way in experience?

Level 92 in a stat is half way in experience?
