    I'm having this error whenever I attempt to sign onto msn.
    I have tried running the cmd Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll but nothing happens when I run that.

    Try uninstalling it and installing it again.

    Yeah. Just uninstall MSN and reinstall it.

    Uninstall, clean registry and files with CClaner, install again.
